Christina graduated from Ithaca College in 2022 with her Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training and went on to earn her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Stony Brook University in 2025. As an Athletic Trainer, Christina worked with a variety of sports including rugby, soccer, gymnastics, and football, where she gained experience in emergency first aid, injury prevention and athlete education. She enjoys working with an active population of all ages, helping them reduce pain, build strength, and gain confidence to return to the activities they love. When she isn’t working, Christina can be found at the gym, reading a good book, or spending time with her friends, family, and dogs.
