Mario Mejia earned his Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Farmingdale State College in 2019 and went on to receive his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Upstate Medical University in 2022. Mario is passionate about working with active older adults and athletes ranging from amateur to professional levels, with a focus on soccer, track, and boxing. His goal as a physical therapist is to improve each patient’s overall performance beyond their prior level of function while providing essential education for injury prevention. Outside of physical therapy, Mario enjoys coaching youth soccer, attending concerts, traveling, and spending quality time with his friends and family.
